EXCHANGES & RETURNS

BARUC offers exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the order. The exchange or return period may be extended during specific promotions.

There will be no charge for exchanges or returns if the product is taken by the customer to a Post Office (drop-off service available in the national peninsular territory). Home pick-up carries an associated cost depending on its location.

REQUEST EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We regret that we cannot accept the exchange or return of personal or intimate use products, underwear, or customized, altered, or "made-to-measure" or commissioned products.

If you have any questions, you can consult our return policy or contact us by phone (+34 91 440 29 56) or email (returns@baruc.com).

Each return request will be handled individually by our Customer Service department, who will contact you by phone or email in case of any issues. The normal processing time is approximately 1 week, although during some holiday periods or high commercial intensity, it may be slightly increased.

The refund of the returned items will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase once the merchandise has been received and checked in our warehouses. The shipping costs of the first shipment, if applicable, cannot be refunded. Please note that it may take around 48/72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back into your account after you have been notified of the return.

I LOVE MY BARUC SHIRT is the first branding campaign created by Baruc. It was made up of  a series of portraits of his clients wearing their own BARUC shirt during a significant moment: it's all about real people, real life and awareness of the present, of now.

Long before other fashion brands launched branding campaigns with real people instead of models, and while an Haute Couture House did the same with VIPs such as Gorbachov or Catherine Deneuve, I LOVE MY BARUC SHIRT was on a chartered course gifting inspiring people, including Catherine Deneuve among other global talents, that enjoyed and photographed the experience.

Baruc has published a Manifesto about the shirt, reclaiming the conceptual texts written by the artistic and social movements of early 20th century. The Futurist Manifesto, the Surrealist Manifesto, were all a voice to express that art must change the world. Baruc believes in creating goods for the Good, and one of the good things to do is to create lasting goods with a timeless essence. Universal pieces that are not only timeless but also time proof; this is the mission of Baruc's project.
