Refund policy

BARUC offers exchange and returns during the 30 days following the receipt of the order. The exchange or return period may be extended during specific promotions.

No charge will be made for exchange or return if the product is taken by the customer to a post office (drop-off service available in the national peninsular territory). Collection at home carries an associated cost depending on your location.

REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN

We regret not being able to accept the exchange or return of personal or intimate use products, underwear, or custom-made, altered or "made-to-measure" products.

Each return request will be handled on a personalized basis by our Customer Service department, who will contact you by phone or email in case of any incident. The normal processing time is approximately 1 week, although during some holiday periods, or during high commercial intensity, it may be slightly increased.

The refund of returned items will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase once the merchandise is received and verified in our warehouses. The shipping costs of the first shipment, if applicable, cannot be refunded. Please note that from the time you are notified of the return, it may take approximately 48/72 hours for your bank to re-enter the refund into your account.
